Please submit this form for any event you are planning to have/host at Word of Life. Dates, room reservations, technical needs, promotion and communication needs will have to be approved before an event is officially put on the calendar and a communications plan is created. This form will go through the church admin and staff and must be submitted at least six (6) weeks prior to an event to give adequate time for planning of communications (promotion) and calendaring. Please note that submitting this form does not mean your request is automatically approved. Once the request has been evaluated by church staff, you will receive an email confirmation within one week that your event has been booked, or if additional information or change is needed, you will be contacted by a staff member.

How do you want this event communicated? Any communication channels requested will be evaluated and ultimately planned out by the Church Administrator and Communications Director. None of the options listed below are guaranteed and are subject to overall church calendaring and event planning.
